FULFILLMENT POLICY

Delivery Policy
1. Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 weeks from the date of purchase.
2. Pre-Orders will be processed and shipped within 4-6 weeks from the date of purchase.

Return & Exchange Policy
1. To initiate a return or exchange, customers must contact our customer service team within specified timeframe. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a return or exchange.
2. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 3 days from the day the customer receives the item.
3. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested exchange product is not available a refund will be issued instead. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet our return policy criteria.
4. Customers are responsible for return shipping cost unless the product received is defective or incorrect.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. After the initial 3-day period from the day the customer receives the item, all sales are final.
2. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.
